Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you're displeased with your soaps, please contact us and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, these sales are final. If you received damaged products please contact us imminently as we are only given a short time to correct this with our shipping provider.
Refunds
Refunds can only be requested if your package has NOT been shipped. Once you request a refund, we will notify you that we've received your request, cancel your order and your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
