Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your orders are processed, packed and shipped promptly. We work closely with trusted carriers to provide accurate delivery estimates. That said, it's advisable to complete your shopping well in advance to minimize the risk of any unexpected delays.

Shipping options, rates and arrival times

Standard Shipping: $1

Order Arrival: 2-8 business days, depending on location

Express Shipping: $1

Order Arrival: 2-4 business days

Priority Shipping: $1

Order Arrival: 1-2 business days

  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.
  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

Soapary Lounge Subscriptions

Kitchen Subscription boxes are sent via Standard Shipping. Our Standard Shipping cost is $1.00 with an arrival estimate of 10 business days.

Shipping Couriers

We ship our packages via UPS, Fedex, USPS or Canada Post.

Purchases will be shipped from La Crete, Alberta in Canada.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our location, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock.

Order Cancellation and Adjustments

We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
